✔ The use of services provided by Best SMM Kart establishes agreement to these terms. By registering on our website or using our services you have read and fully understood the following terms of services and Best SMM Kart will not be help liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service and all the other information given.

Basic Terms of Service & Points to know:

1. Start Time: This is the estimated time the service takes to start.

2. Drop Rate: This is the estimated rate of drop of the service, Non drop means Good quality Service with less chances of drop. Whereas High Drop mean low Quality Service and all the delivered Quantity can drop again and again.

3. Speed: Once the services Started this is the estimated speed of delivery of the service.
4. Refill Guarantee: This is the Refill Guarantee you get for the service for the described period of time for any drop happens in the guarantee period your can ask for refill request following the steps informed by our agents.

5. No Refill Guarantee: It means No Guarantee of anything. (Use at your own risk!)

6. In-Progress, Processing, Pending: This all means your order is placed and the work is in progress and the order should start within the given estimated start time.

7. Partial or Cancel: if your order status shows partial or cancelled that means our system was not able to deliver you the ordered services, depending upon the quantity delivered your charge get updated and rest amount gets refunded back and added in your balance on our website.

6. For any assistance required please feel free to contact us, our agents will try to provide the best solution possible for us for your needs related to anything.

7. Always place a small quantity order to check the service start time, Quality, Delivery speed, Drop Rate as from our end we only share the best estimations as per the previous few orders for that service, which may not be the same for any future orders of that service. ( Once any order is placed it cannot be cancelled, stopped or refunded.)

8. For any reason if you are not satisfied from our services please let us know we can try to suggest you the better quality service available with us, if you still not feel happy with that service you can simply stop using our services. As from our end we always try to provide the best service possible for us but sometimes it cannot be possible to keep everyone happy.

- All accounts must be Public, Not Private

- Please DO NOT order more than 1 order for the same link at the same time until the first one is Completed/Delivered.

- Make sure your Subs and Likes and Views counter is public not private for the service you want to order.

- WE CAN'T Cancel/Edit any order after you put it on the system, so please make sure to do the right order.

- If you change your account to private or your video or post got deleted after you place the order for that the system may mark the order as completed and we can't cancel it in any case.

- Please DO NOT order for ( Porn, Politics, extremism, and any content that stirs public opinion Accounts.

- IMP: When you add funds we cant reverse your payment in any case and you will just be able to use your funds on the website.

- No refill for username change : refill is for order not for your link.[if link doesn't work we cant refill]

- No refills for private account: if your account is hidden or made private it can't be refilled.

- Refill system works according to the start, quantity and end count for each order separately.

- so when you request a refill for many orders the system take a look on each order separate depending on the numbers as described above.

- If you have order followers for example and a drop happened , please contact us to refill it and DO NOT order a new one until the first one got fully refilled because the new order will have the current start count of your account and the time you order. Same goes with all types of services too.

- Start time/Speed/Cancel/Refill period differ along the updates and overload but usually its done within 24-72 Hours or can be more.

We won't be possible to provide refill or refund in case of drop in your order if the ordered quantity is less than 10% of the current/start count for the link for any of the service.

- For example: If your account already have a big number of followers 200k and you place order for 5k follower, Logically it will have a drop from the old followers so we cant refill such case so make sure to order all followers from our side using the same service so we could follow up and refill all of your orders.

Do not place multiple orders for any similar services.

#1. For Orders placed for views, likes, followers, subscribers, comments etc. for any social media account only place one order at a time, as our system will take the start count of that link for the service and any quantity received of the ordered product from any source (i.e. from our system, organically or from any other order for the similar service) will be counted as delivered by our system for that order. (Let the 1st order gets completed and if any drop is found get it refilled 1st before placing any new order.)

#2. For Orders for watch hours service for any social media channel/page/account only place one order for that page/account or channel or video. As our system will count all the watch hours received on the channel or account or page or video from the date of order to the current date when you need any assistance for that order as delivered by the system for that order. ( We cannot Provide any Refill Guarantee if in screenshot it shows the Total Hours Equals to or Higher than the ordered Quantity even if its received organically or from any other order).

Terms & Conditions:

1. Best SMM Kart does not guarantee any start time, speed of delivery, Quality, of any services. We only offer our best estimation about when the order will be started, speed of it delivery and its drop rate or Quality. Which is only an estimation and Best SMM Kart cannot refund any orders in any case.

2. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to insure you are up to date with any changes.

3.Best SMM Kart rates are subject to change at any time without any notice. The Payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.

4.Best SMM Kart will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

Refill Guarantee Terms & Conditions:

#1. If you buy any service with no refill guarantee, than there is no guarantee of anything from our end for the order placed. (No Complaints accepted for such orders).

#2. If you buy any service with the refill Guarantee, than only we can refill your order in case of any drop found within the guarantee period, and no refill in case of no drop or if your current count is below the start count of our system for that order. And Strictly no refund can be possible in any case once the order is placed.

#3. For Refill to start it can take same time as of that service or 0 to 48 Hours Minimum which ever is higher. If by any chance refill is taking longer to start we can try to speed up the refill process but cannot refund in any case.

#4. Drop rate or Quality of every service can be different from the information mentioned for that service in its name and description, as all the information provided from our end is just the estimations from the previous few orders of that service.

#5. Once the order is placed for any service, if your count (subscribers, followers, views watch time, etc. ) increases from any other source, either organically or from any other service also than that will be counted as it got delivered from our end only. The order can also get marked completed if your count got increase to the Target Quantity of the order.

#6. For raising any requests for refilling or speed up for any service we may need the screenshot in the specific format showing all the required information every time you raise the request to add your order for speed up or refilling, if asked please share the required information as without it we will not be able to add your order for refill or speed up.

✔ Liabilities : Best SMM Kart is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media Platforms.

Refund Policy

Refund will be issued automatically in case of any system error if your order could not get completed or get cancelled the amount charged for the order placed will be added back into your bestsmmkart account as per the remaining quantity and quantity delivered after placing the order.

After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance by placing the orders on the website. Still for any reason you do not want to place the order and if our management decides to let you withdraw the funds. you can only withdraw the amount for the payment made within 48 Hours from the balance left after deducting the given bonus on the payment., and to withdraw the Balance amount after 48 Hours of the payment there will be a flat deduction of 20% from the balance amount to withdraw that Balance. The Withdrawal request may take 0 to 7 Working days or more to get the processed from our end. By Adding funds in your bestsmmkart account you agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a charge-back against us for any reason.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all your old and upcoming orders. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Also no refund will be made in-case the order is partially completed or cancelled due to any kind of problem from your end.

Guarantee:- Only the services which have information about its guarantee mentioned in its name or description are covered, rest service without any information about its guarantee there is no support possible for such services.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
